This BATTENFELD Microsystem MM 50/50 Injection Moulding System consists of two injection moulding machines with 50kN clamping force connected by a turntable incl. light barriers for inserts (2K). Both machines were build in the year 2007 and 2006 in Austria. The plate dimensions are 364 x 196 mm, the min./max. mold height 100 - 300 mm and the maximum opening width 300 mm. Both machines are equipped with a MOTAN micro conveyor system and overpressure blower. Machine #1 features a drying SHERLOCK camera system and ionization. Both machines are operated by BATTENFELD UNILOG B4 control units.
